Brought my dog here for TPLO surgery. I was a bit concerned with the curb service but understood their reason to keep pets and staff safe. The surgery went great and our girl is recovering quickly. The staff's attention to all the details plus they work with your local vet for post surgery x-rays makes it easier. Last time we had to travel 3 hrs each way for her follow up x-ray at a different vet hospital. I am extremely satisfied with our surgeon Dr Baia and nursing staff.

Back in August, my 4 month old (at the time) kitten, Mochi, had an accident and broke her femur in her back leg. I brought her almost 2 hours from home to HRVSS and I could not be happier with my decision to trust them with Mochi’s surgery during such a stressful time. They took such good care of my little baby. Firstly, they were able to perform the surgery the day I called, less than 24 hours after the accident happened, which was amazing. When I arrived, Dr. Zeltzman explained exactly what the surgery entailed and helped ease my nerves about everything. Post surgery, they sent her home with all of her meds, recovery instructions, a number to text them, and even a folder with cute little notes about Mochi from each surgeon and tech. Sansa is our 6yr. old Siberian Husky, she injured her back leg and a large mass formed. The team at HRVSS were amazing from start to finish. Dr Baia was so on top of our opinions for removing this mass, He explained to us in detail what he wanted to do . The nursing team was amazing, friendly, and loving, and on top of getting Sansa in. Once Sansa had her surgery, the next morning she was picked up, being a Husky she kept everyone up that night, she missed her family. The night nurse who stays overnight, Thank you !! Amazing team and care! Our dog recently had a TPLO surgery, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their care. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel supported every step of the way. The surgeon even called before and after surgery to answer our questions and check on our dog. Everyone was so kind, patient, and caring. We’re so thankful for their dedication and compassion. Highly recommend! 🐾❤️

They took such great care of my puppy after she broke her femur. They were very easy to book with and were extremely communicative about the process, the surgery, and rehab. My puppy is blind and deaf- but they were able to keep her calm and left us with the best instructions. Highly recommended. We loved their office (but we hope to never have her break a bone again)
