Love that the phone staff are ALWAYS so helpful. I never feel that I’m annoying them. They are patient and kind and pull up my dogs information quickly and understand my question. My dog is recovering from HSA cancer and the nurses and staff are so compassionate. They seek to find answers for me rather than trying to get off the phone quickly. I LOVE Dr. Sweet’s staff and this beautiful facility. A calm place that nurtures us dog Moms. I even found adorable, handmade Catnip creatures for my daughter’s kitten for Christmas this year.

We have been with Harmony for 18 years. They have seen us through the best of times and through the worst off times. With every situation Harmony has treated us like family. Not only are they the most up to date and advanced vet in town but they are also the most compassionate. Those things don’t always go hand in hand. We are forever grateful for Harmony and all their staff. This includes the boarding staff as well. Every staff member is amazing.

My pug had emergency issue with his eye and Dr/Staff went out of their way to accommodate us last minute. They even stayed late so we wouldn't have to wait until next day to get him treated. Dr. Pacheco was able to diagnose and treat his eye immediately with drops and pain meds which started working quickly. Special thanks to Dr. Pacheco, Jay and Angie as well as front desk staff for their patience and taking such good care of us. They are very caring and I know my dog is always in great hands at Harmony!

When I call I am always able to get immediate help and assistance. We had a recent emergency and were seen immediately. Our Weimaraner is older and frail and everyone really understands what that entails. I feel Murphy gets the best care there is.

The staff is very attentive and caring. Our dog is a very high anxiety strong and large hunting dog and the staff doesn’t mind at all and takes care of him like it’s nothing.
