Dr Moore was so thorough and kind. We got an appointment only because of a cancelation. He was able to work with my 15 year old Bichon Poo who had to have numerous extractions. He did all the preliminary tests on her to see if she was up to it. He is amazing.

This hospital saved my dog’s life! After 2 botched oral surgeries in a different hospital in GR, my dog was miserable with oronasal fistulas that they were unequipped to deal with (but wouldn’t admit). My dog was miserable in pain. Had to keep him sedated or he’d throw himself around in pain. Their next option was give him seizure meds, (he wasn’t having seizures, he was in pain) or put him down. After a second opinion, I was referred to Dr.Moore. (Thank you Cottonwood vets of Jenison!) After my dog’s surgery with Dr.Moore, he was back to my boy, I’d say even better! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Moore and the staff. It’s been a year now and I am so grateful for the extra time I’ve had with my pup (he’s 14!) and that he is pain free!

I can't thank the staff and Dr. Jackson enough for their kindness and compassion during a very difficult time. We had not been in for years and yet they responded quickly and compassionately like we were "regulars." Dr. Jackson and her staff were patient and accommodating and the perfect balance of empathy for the humans and "voice of the dog." Thank you.

On October 23rd I brought my dog Nox in for a dental consultation. When scheduling this appointment I had said numerous times that I only wanted a consultation. Upon arrival at 7:50 for my appointment I waited 40 minutes in the lobby for my appointment. Numerous dogs had came in and went during that time including dogs with kennel cough. Nox was well behaved and obedient with the receptionist even commenting on how well he behaved with the people and dogs coming in and out, all pulling towards him or barking. Upon entering the room I showed the tech the pictures of his teeth and that I could hold him for the exam and show the teeth. Nox remained calm and did not bother the tech. i can not even begin to express how grateful i am for the people working at this hospital. i had to bring my four month old kitten in for an emergency surgery due to her being attacked by my dog and was so immensely anxious and nervous for her but they managed to squeeze her in same day and clearly give instructions on how to keep her healing up well and each call they told me exactly what they were doing and how she was. that meant so incredibly much to me and helped soothe my nerves so much. now, thanks to Harborfront, my little kiwi is thriving after finally getting her stitches out today. thank you guys for everything truly🫶🏻
