The staff and vets here are amazing, they are real animal lovers and take amazing care of my dog. They know how to make your pet feel comfortable, offering treats, blankets and always getting down on their level to greet pets. It's those little details that go a long way. The price for the surgery for my dog was also very reasonable. Thank you for taking good care of my girl

They are amazing at Clarke! Everyone is so kind and personable. I have an Australian Shepherd that can get nervous and anxious when it's time to go to the vet and they are so good with her. The previous veterinary office that I went to required my dog to be sedated with medications every time she visited even if it was for something small, just because she gets a little nervous. Here at Clarke they do not make me medicate her every time I bring her in for a visit. Dr. Thayer is great; he gets down on her level and all of the assistants/techs also make her as comfortable as possible. Overall, a great experience compared to other places I have been!

These vets have always been amazing. The best in the West Michigan area I'd say. Many, many years ago they saved one of my mom's cats from near-death somehow and now they see my cats the last few years after we moved back from Chicago. They have been working consistently to get my girl-cat's thyroid issue under control and she's her normal self again! They are all great at what they do and they really care. I get kinda anxious in med settings so my husband carts the cats back and forth there but they always call me and talk to me about my cats. He always has a good experience there too.

I took my 15-year-old cat, Boo Boo, to Clarke's. I have to say that everyone there was super welcoming from the moment we walked in. The vet was gentle as she gave Boo Boo her exam. She thoroughly explained things to us. The vet only recommended tests she believed were necessary. In addition she explained the next steps in detail. I definitely recommend Clarke Animal Hospital.

Everyone at Clarke Animal Hospital is the best! They have taken care of my dogs through some tough moments and also worked with me with cost of care. They're transparent and super helpful. They love my pups as if they were their own.
