Great customer service. I love supporting mom and pop stores. They sell high-quality dog food at great prices. I'm a regular customer that purchases Fromm dog food. They also support the local animal shelter the Humane society which is great, and that's how I found out about them when I adopted my dog. The big box stores can not compare to them. They have an amazing selection. Everything you can need and then some. I drive forty minutes to go there they are worth the trip it. They also have a dog food program. When you buy twelve bags , you get one bag free, and they keep track of it.

Great pet supplies store, stocked with all the brands you’d expect to find at a higher end pet store. Carries refrigerated pet foods as well.

Love this pet store. Sally does an amazing job ordering great products . I splurged and purchased a Pendelton dog bed which his traveled around the country with my dog. Design is made for years of use, washes up and still looks like new after 2 years. Will always return to this store when in Harbor Springs
