Visiting from out of town and they were able to get us in quickly get medication for a skin infection. I have an anxious rescue pup and Dr. McDonald and the entire staff were so gentle and caring with her so she was more relaxed during the appointment than I anticipated. Will definitely be using as our Northern MI vet when we're up here.
We were visiting from out of town and my dog hurt his leg and needed X-rays. My brother in law uses Bay Pines so we called there. They got us in! Joba was scared and shaking when we got there. Dr. Heidi Dirkse was so calm and thorough with her exam that we both felt better afterward. Nice and friendly staff, would highly recommend!
The experience at Bay Pines was as good as it could be when i was there because my Cat was serious ill. When we had to say goodbye to Max everyone was very kind and supportive to us. Would recommend this Veterinary Clinic to ours.
This is an awesome veterinary clinic. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff are pleasant, responsive and helpful... plus super efficient. The medical teams are on time, ask great questions, listen attentively and provide assessments that are scientific, medical and easy to understand. The focus is 1000% on the well-being of our dogs - who are "shared patients" with another clinic in Pennsylvania. Bay Pines works seamlessly with them for complete care.
I can not say enough good things about this office, and Dr Dulak. She got us through an extremely rough patch with our puppy. I am so grateful for her services. She was thorough, professional, but also very caring and attentive to not only our puppy, but us as well. ❤️
