Happy Tails Veterinary Hospital

I recently changed vets to Happy Tails with Dr. C. This practice is like a night and day experience. My dog is happy to go into the office; I don't have to pick him up or drag him in. Immediately, upon your arrival he is showered with pets and a treat. My dog Brewster has been suffering from ear infects for the last 2 years and Dr. C was able to get rid of his ear infections and suggest ways to prevent them in the future. My dog no longer has itchy skin; his skin isn't dry, flaky or discolored. He just seems so happy now that he isn't itching all the time. Dr. C is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and takes the time to answer any and all questions completely; she does not rush you out of the office. A very quality hospital run by an incredibly kind staff. The Happy Tails team walked us through a challenging situation with our pet today, and they couldn't have been more empathetic. We appreciate their compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend.

As a complete surprise to us, this practice stated they couldn't see us anymore due to apparent rude correspondence over the phone. Our dog had a severe case of pink eye and they weren't able to fit us in , which is understandable when its a last minute urgent need. But when my wife sent pictures of the pinkeye and asked for medicine to be called in for our dog (we were happy to pay a fee for their time). They made our dog wait and suffer for an entire day before getting him in, when the medication could have been and should have been just called in after pictures were sent to the practice .Unbeknownst to us, the management there dropped us a clients for apparently combative and rude correspondence. The BEST Vet I've ever experienced, and there are some great vets out there. Happy Tails' bedside manner is beyond remarkable. Moxy actually gets excited to go to the doc. I don't even think she realized she had a couple of vaccinations on her first visit. It's a team effort, the whole staff is so genuinely kind and happy to see your fur buddy.

We feel incredibly lucky to find such an amazing vet on our first try after moving here from out of state. The whole team is great with our animals and are very patient. They answer any/all questions. Most importantly it feels as if they care for my animals as much as I do. Just absolutely amazing staff.
