We cannot say enough good things about this vet office. They have taken such incredible care of our boys and treated them like family every single visit. The staff is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate. You can tell they love what they do and genuinely care about the animals and the people who love them. We are so grateful to have a place we trust completely with our boys!

Dr. Burnette is the definition of excellence, and in my opinion, easily the best vet in the area by a long shot, especially for surgery. I know everyone always talks about how Happy Tails is pretty expensive, but at the same time, everyone talks about how they are the best. After first hand seeing the level of advanced care they can provide, which is just light-years ahead of any other local clinic, I don’t think I can settle for anything less now. Like everything in life, you get what you pay for. The dr who seen my Rocky done a fabulous job with him! She went above and beyond with him! And is willing to help me have him a little longer she didn’t just say there was nothing she could do she’s doing for him that another doctor just gave up on him. We had our cat looked at. Because he hissed, they said he was too aggressive, wouldn't even try to take him out of the carrier, and said he would have to come back and be sedated. We still got charged. On the next visit, they completely misdiagnosed him and we had to go to another Vet who was competent. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
