Happy Tails Pet Resort

This is a great boarding facility that prioritizes dog health, safety, and happiness. There are different packages for extra snacks, play times, pictures, etc. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They also seem genuinely excited to see our pup. Unfortunately, they can't accept toys, bones, blankets, etc to ensure pet safety; only food and medication. In every picture we receive our boi looks so happy playing. We've not found any other facility with such excellent service for the price.

My dog Emmy is nervous at first when I drop her off but she looks so happy in her pictures and is worn out when I pick her up. Last time I had them give her a bath, she smelled so good for two months!

Clean, well appointed place for dogs to socialize and run. Fully contained with bridges, sand areas and plenty of grass. Well behaved dogs on the Sunday I attended. It was also a 'Golden Doodle Romp' themed day. Plenty of seating & parking for the humans. The park area is free and separate from the boarding section.

Whatever you do, do NOT send your dog here, especially if you have two or more. Our dogs were scheduled to go here where they have been going since they were very little. We always had a great experience and could tell how much the staff loved our dogs. The day of boarding, where we already had a trip planned, we are told they cannot be in the same kennel anymore due to the fact they take medication. This has never been an issue before and the facility always accommodated our dogs. One of our dogs came back with a huge gash in her nose, missing the hair on the side of her head and swollen/red paws. The other could barely bark. Not to mention the price went up almost $1,000.00. We have two small dachshunds for reference. The dogs were not excited to see us as they normally are and are usual

I used to love it here. My 2 dogs love it, and it taught them socialization as puppies. I trusted them wholeheartedly because we have to travel to see our family. But the communication prior to our last booking completely broke down. I booked over a month in advance, but on the morning of drop-off, I received an automated email that one vaccine of one dog was 3 days overdue. Since I'd received a final reminder email confirmation the day before, I assumed that everything was still okay. But when I went to drop them off, they wouldn't take him. The office staff were confused that I wasn't told and said the booking should never have been confirmed. I spoke to the manager, and she tried to tell me adamently that I had been emailed 3 days prior - but she was reading the vaccine reminder email
