While I was sitting in the lobby, I could hear how kind they were with the animals — “Good boy… aww, you’re such a sweet dog…” I remember thinking, wow, they are so gentle and caring. Then I realized they were talking to my dog 😭🤍 That moment truly warmed my heart and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor and the whole team were amazing — professional, patient, and so loving. I left feeling completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands. Thank you so much for the wonderful care. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🐾

Highly skilled professionals who consistently give our feline family the best care. Dr McLean is our primary veterinarian and we trust her completely for our care. The entire veterinarian team and staff are kind, patient, professional, and very caring. We are blessed to have this practice to care for our furry babies.

This is the best vet practice! Dr Bauer is incredible - he is a great listener and explains potential issues very well. He is also reasonable in creating the best plan for your pet. The practice has reasonable pricing and all of the staff is super friendly. Dr Bauer was the vet for my pets before I moved out of the area 9 years ago. SinceI returned to the area, although I don’t live as close to the practice, it is definitely worth the drive.

BEST vet ever! They take such good care of my old guy, they're thorough and kind. Hardly ever any wait before appointments (5 mins if that?!) and they always find a way to see us when we need to be seen. Deeply grateful to the vets and techs who make Wall-E feel safe and keep him healthy -- thank you from us both.

New patients, very happy. Dr. Maisel saw us earlier than our appointment time and spent plenty of time making sure all of our questions were answered. Even got one of our two kitties to have his shot without being held, they were much calmer than at our previous vet, glad to have found Bay Country Veterinary Hospital.
