Happy Tails Medford LLC

We love Happy Tails. We have been going to Mylene for many years and followed her here. She is gentle and kind and is so good to our boy. We are beyond grateful for her. The other groomers there are also amazing though. It's a great staff and you can tell that everyone there loves what they do and cares about your pet. The location is great and the store is well kept. They are also very accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. I especially love that they take pictures of your pet when they are done and highlight them on their fb/social media page. It's adorable to see. I would recommend them to anyone.

We and our dog Emma love Happy Tails Medford LLC! Kristy is a such a wonderfully talented groomer that puts love in every groom. Emma always comes home clean and happy! The entire staff is filled with wonderful and kind people.

Big shout out to a local gem called Happy Tails Dog Grooming who made our best pal Dock look (and smell) absolutely amazing! His comfort with the crew exceeds any other experience we’ve tried. Thanks to JC and crew for taking us in today, I’m loving every good smelling snuggle tonight! 💕🐾

We took our Husky Mix to Happy Tails today and we’re so pleased with the outcome. He’s almost 4 years old, never been to a groomer before, loves people but is very hyper and can become a bit aloof in new situations, so we were a bit nervous on how he was going to do. The team made us aware he did really well and gave them lots of kisses during his session, which was such a relief to hear. He was quite dirty from backyard play lately & starting to blow coat, so as far as his results: his coat is now super shiny, his dirty white hair is bright white again, no crazy hair shedding off, his breath smelled better from the teeth brushing, no more furry grinch paws, nail trim is perfect, he smells so good and he even seems happier. We’re bringing our Staffy mix in tomorrow for a bath & pampering,

My dogs have had many, many botched hair cuts over the years. However, I was presently surprised at how my standard golden doodles turned out. They look incredible! They also still look like themselves and didn’t conform to the appearance of a rat, as they have so often done in the past when getting a short cut. And they smell absolutely delightful! Thank you so much Happy Tails! We will most definitely be returning!!
