Happy Pet Care

Happy Pet Care is the best. I've been using them for my dog for almost 4 years now for daycare, walks, and pet sitting. Mary and her team (Jen, Tessa, and Sean) are amazing with my nervous dog. My dog waits by the window for them to come pick her up and goes absolutely bananas with excitement when they get here. They also send updates throughout the day, and she is always having the best time and comes home happy and tired. Scheduling is very easy and they are so kind, accommodating, and responsive.

I just recently started using Happy Pet Care and so far, have been very pleased. Cathy has taken care of my cat three times and she was always timely and kind! Her texts to me were very reassuring that all was well, including pix! I have more visits scheduled and hope that they go as well as they have been to date.

Happy Pet Care has provided reliable walks and excellent customer service for the two years I've been using them for my dog. One standout has been our dog walker for the last 10 months, Cathy. She cares for my dog like she's her own and I couldn't be more grateful. Cathy completely won over my reluctant dog by caring deeply and being firm but kind. Cathy sends daily updates and regular pictures. When my dog was injured, Cathy went the extra mile and carried her up the stairs and kept me updated on my dog's mobility on walks. When I've been home sick or my roommate is working from home, Cathy is completely unobtrusive with pick up and drop off. I couldn't recommend her or Happy Pet Care enough. They truly care and want to provide a good service, and they totally exceed expectations!

We've been customers of Happy Pet Care for 15 years during which they've cared for 3 different dogs of ours (walking, boarding, daycare) and the service has always been excellent and reliable. In particular, they've come through countless times when we've needed walks covered during off/ weekend hours on short notice due to unpredictable youth sports events and they've come through every time. Our dogs have always looked forward to seeing Happy Pet Care staff and are always happy, safe, and sound following their walks/daycare when we return home. Our dogs were all shelter dogs who each had unique needs and needed time to adjust after we adopted them and have all gone on to thrive and live long happy lives, and Happy Pet Care is a big reason for this.

Happy Pet Care has been taking care of our dog Minnie for the last 5 years. Mary and her team are responsive and have been able to accomodate off hours and last minute requests when life is unpredictable. Minnie’s current walker Cathy is always on time and lets us know how Minnie does on her walks. Most importantly when we see Cathy in the neighborhood Minnie is thrilled.
