Happy Acres Veterinary Clinic

I am very disappointed and hurt by the unprofessionalism of this clinic. I have taken my dogs here for the past 3 years. They’ve always been kind of off putting and unprofessional but would try to accommodate and my dogs knew them well BUT this was the straw that broke the camels back. I took my dog in for a spay, they told me she’d stay overnight and get bloodwork done and once the procedure was over they’d call me. 10 minutes before closing I still hadn’t received a call on how my dog was doing, so I call and ask how she did and the front desk girl said “ she did good, she’s in the back”. Very vague and uncaring in my opinion. I asked when could I pick her up, I was told after 9 the next day, again very vague. Next day rolls around and I pick her up. I was still not told anything on her

WE FOUND OUT ABOUT HAPPY ACRES FROM A LADY AT OUR RV RESORT, SHE HAD CHERRY EYE DONE ON BOTH HER DOGS EYES AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH PRICE AND OUTCOME IT HAS BEEN 4 YEARS AND CHERRY EYE NEVER CAME BACK. OTHER VETS WE WENT TO SAID THAT IT IS POSSIBLE IT WOULD COME BACK. DR REBECCA EXPLAINED HOW SHE WAS GOING TO REPAIR THE CHERRY EYE ON OUR YORKE. SHE DID THE PROCEDURE JUST LIKE VERY EXPENSIVE VETS IN OHIO THAT WE WENT TO BUT DIDN'T DO THE PROCEDURE BECAUSE OF HOW MUCH THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE. VERY HAPPY TO FIND HAPPY ACRES. THE GABRIEL'S

We have the best veterinarian in Baldwin County. Dr. Lucky has the best staff I have been around in a long time. This office truly loves animals. Dr. Lucky is a very Christian lady. I have lived in Baldwin County since 1979. I can truly say she has the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, Dr. Lucky and staff for everything you’ve done for my animals. You are truly a god‘s blessing to Bowen County.

I switched from Baldwin Animal clinic to Happy Acres and I couldn't be happier with it . Dr Luckie did surgery on my dad's dog , neutered my dog . And also we had a dog pass away and they were very sympathetic to the situation and all offered condolences they also had cremation services to offer and treated our deceased baby with the most respect and that meant a lot
