I have been going here for 5 years never really had a problem didn't like the smell. Just went on vacation for 7 days picked my dog up on the 18th of January with a severe bacterial infection and he had lost 8 pounds while there well yesterday the 31st of January he passed away. This needs to be a wakeup call for yall keep this place extremely clean and check on the pets constantly. We trust yall and this is your job. Cash rest in peace sweet boy.

I can not say enough good things about this business. They take such great care of our two pups, Charlie and Bella. As you can see, they are always exhausted but so happy when we pick them up. They alway get excited when they realize where they are headed. Thank you, Coastal Pet Resort, for treating our furry family members as if they were your own.

This place is so amazing . My 14 year old pit loves going to see them. They have taken great care of her for 7 years. The new owners are great and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and the prices can’t be beat.

The owner was very accommodating offering to keep Bruno at the last minute during a holiday weekend. We were very concerned considering Bruno doesn't ever get excited about boarding, especially with strangers. Bruno excitedly walked off with the owned as we reluctantly let him go. Hopefully, we will pick him up and he will still be comfortable at Coastal. The owner was eager to calm my fears of him handling Bruno in a new environment. I hope this will be our go to in area. I will know when we pick Bruno up. Hopefully, Bruno will be happy and reluctant to leave. Thank you so much!

I can’t say enough good things about Coastal Pet Resort. I’ve been going through a tough time recently, in between homes trying to stay on my feet while keeping my job. Through it all, the team at Coastal Pet Resort has been a godsend. They’ve taken incredible care of my cat—who means the world to me and is all I have. Not only is he always well-fed, safe, and comfortable, but their younger daughter even spends time with him so he’s not alone. That small act of kindness means everything. It shows how much love and attention they give to the animals in their care—not just as a business, but as people with genuine hearts.
