They’re good, my dogs are safe there and always come back exhausted. However, I picked them up 11:59 AM on a Saturday. Desk lady didn’t get to me until 12:04 PM and proceed to attempt to charge me for a second night stay. I had told her I wouldn’t pay for it as I arrived prior to 12pm. She removed the charge without argument but it’s the fact she had attempted this. Will come back but disappointed

We recently boarded there over the new year holiday. Both of my dogs came back with kennel cough, and they’ve been vaccinated with Bordetella. I’d use this facility multiple times before I had no issues but this time we did.

My dog was there for half of a day and got kennel cough. He did come back happy and exhausted, but I was very disappointed he got sick there.

Moved into area last year and was nervous about taking my cane Corso to a new boarding facility. This business has been fantastic. Everyone has been very nice and professional and my dog likes going there.

I’ve taken my miniature dachshund here twice and attempted a third time. The first time, I asked to wait while they did her groom. We got there as soon as they opened and my dog only takes about 10 minutes since she is just 10 lbs, short-hair, and requires no haircut. The groomer was quite stand-offish and was noticeably irritated that I was waiting. The second time, the staff member who helped me at the desk was nice and the groomer was somewhere between neutral and negative. Again, she seemed bothered to even be handing my dog back. This time I noticed there seemed to be no effort to be kind/friendly. Just in-and-out. I tried to appreciate that it was a fast service and not think too much about the customer service.
