I’ve been a patient here since probably 2017 with my 10 year old German shepherd. Along with every other dog we’ve had inbetween, we’ve brought them here even though their pricing was always higher than others. There’s been few things that raised red flags here and there in 9 years which is expected, but I finally hit my final straw in December. I was 9 months pregnant at the time. I made an appointment for my dog to get a checkup around 4 pm on Thursday December 11 for the next day. That evening I started experiencing some contractions and so the next morning as soon as the office opens I called in to explain that I made an appointment at the hospital in case I was in labor and if I could reschedule the appointment for the following week for my German shepherd. They then told me I would

Hanover Green was so gracious in seeing us when we had an emergency with our dog. They hadn't met our oldest dog yet and still were willing to take her. They were upfront and honest about all of our options and in comparison to other vets, were reasonable with the cost of care. They performed her emergency surgery that day and took great care of her.

All veterinary medicine is pricey nowadays. Between the cost of supplies, office space, employee wages, and paying back tuition. People need to understand that. I know it can seem unfair, but the clinics have a lot of overhead costs. Honestly, I’ve lost a lot of trust in veterinary medicine over the last several years, between pharmaceutical companies pushing vets to prescribe certain meds and big corporations taking over some clinics. I don’t really get that feeling with this clinic and after an experience someone I know had with another local clinic, I am even more thankful for Hanover Green than before. Excellent customer service! The relaxed atmosphere in the practice is very noticeable to clients. I really admire and appreciate that Dr. Jesper really put 110% into helping me with my dog when I am new to the area. I was very hesitant to change veterinarians, but his willingness to help really went along way into helping me through a difficult case.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my pets and I have received here. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate, always making us feel welcome and cared for. Dr. Jesper is my favorite. He is not only knowledgeable but also take the time to explain everything clearly, which gives me so much peace of mind. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially for the level of care and attention they provide. It’s such a relief to have found a clinic I can fully trust with my pets’ health.
