I never had a bad experience at Hamby Road. I’ve known most of the staff and Dr. Jan for many years. They are always kind and efficient. Dr. Jan is willing to spend time with me discussing any problems my dog may have. She has cared for both my schnoodles.

Hamby Road has been treating our sweet cat Sammy for 16 years! We now bring brother, Bowie. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Everyone there is kind and attentive even when your pet is not feeling their best! Thank you Dr. Jan, Dr. Bob, and Dr. Kelsey. All of the technicians and administrative team members have been super helpful as well!

I have been going here since I got my puppy Boxer. It has been a wonderful year. First dog I ever had that looks forward to going to the vet. Staff is exceptional. Docs are patient and understanding. Highly recommended!!!

I had a very upsetting experience boarding my dog at Hamby Road Animal Hospital. During the time my dog was boarded there, I was told she was being fed and doing fine. However, when I picked her up, she had lost 4 pounds in just one week. I was also told she was not eating or drinking, yet I was later told she had supposedly eaten an entire bag of dog food and several cans of food while staying there. That did not add up. When I checked her things, there was no dog food left in the bag, 4 out of the 8 cans of food were gone, and her treats were also gone. Based on my dog’s condition, I do not believe I was given honest information about her care. I am also extremely concerned that my dog was given medication that was not suitable for her. I’m honestly torn between leaving a great review and a negative one, so I’ve decided to settle on three stars. Dr. Bob and Dr. Jan were absolutely excellent. I had to bring my Bully in for an emergency C-section, and Dr. Jan saved my girl’s life along with the two puppies that were stuck. I am forever grateful for their skill, urgency, and care. The medical team was outstanding, and the beginning and middle of my experience reflected that level of professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about how the visit ended. As I was walking out to put my dogs in the car, my wife went ahead to grab my card to pay. Before stepping out, I thanked the two ladies at the front for their help. At that point, one staff member (positioned near the office to the left of Door 3) asked me to rem
