The adoption process was very thorough but for good reason. They take excellent care of these animals and expect only the best for them! I will definitely adopt or foster pets from here in the future! We adopted our sweet girl Penny from HALO and we could not be happier. 💕

I found my sweet pup at Halo. The staff was amazing, very compassionate to the animals and very knowledgeable. It was obvious the time and love they put into caring for Brisket until we found each other. Update - Brisket is a water pup! She *loves* to swim. With only a little prompting, she overcame fear of jumping in!!!

Beautiful little rescue who is doing great things to change the dog crisis. We visited with Reign who is up for adoption. Staff was pleasant and kind and very transparent. They really speak in the best interest of their animals and work hard to set new owners up for success.

Love these folks. They are kind and gentle. They treat my dogs with such care and love......my dogs hate getting their nails cut, but they have no problem letting these folks do their trim. Their place is always nice and clean, no terrible smells.
