I brought my dog here for her first ever professional grooming, and I must say I have been very pleased with the whole experience. Drop off at 9AM took no more than a few minutes as the owner, whose picture hangs on the wall along with the rest of the staff, recorded notes on the services I wanted before checking in my slightly nervous dog. I then received a call approximately two hours later informing me she was finished and ready for pickup, and I am still thoroughly impressed with their work. My nearly four year old's thick coat was trimmed perfectly, making her look nearly like a puppy again (albeit a very large puppy). Had a wonderful experience at Hair O’ The Dog salon with my timid schnoodle!! He gets very nervous at the groomers but this salon did a great job with him and his haircut was exactly what I had asked for!! They were so kind and loving and you can tell they have a true passion for dogs. This will definitely be my new groomer and I would recommend them to anyone who’s dog can be anxious. Just took my newest addition in for grooming. She was a little nervous and the staff was so patient and gave her the time and cuddles she needed for her grooming. The staff has a really wonderful energy and truly care for the dogs. Highly recommend!

This was the first time I've ever used a groomer (had dogs over 50yrs). We took our recent rescue Jorkie to Hair o' Dog after reading some of their reviews. I'm SO HAPPY that we took our pup there for a bath, haircut, nail trim, and tooth brushing. I asked that our pup not get a drastic haircut (we like the bit of crazy hair over his eyes), and the staff noted our request. They did a great job with his haircut. The staff are wonderful. They have a small lobby area to check in and note to wait so that area is clear. This prevents any scuffles between pets. The facility is clean, bright, and you can tell the groomers enjoy their jobs. I can't say enough good stuff about these folks. We will definitely be going back for our pup. Highly recommend!

The name for me (😂), but the service will keep us coming back. This is a fantastic dog grooming shop in the north end just south of Cedar Park. This a deaf-owned business with over 15 years of experience. The staff were easy to communicate with and we're able to give little Milo a fresh summer cut in less than the time that we were quoted. 🐶🤟🏼
