My horse was sent here due to anterior enteritis. In the 5 days he was there the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. His doctor stayed in consistent communication with me and my vet. She was very patient with me and explained things until I fully understood what was happening with him. I am confident he received the best care possible. If you are considering Hagyard for your horses care, I would recommend them again and again. I can’t thank his team enough for the care and attention he received with them.

This company kept sending a bill to our house after my father passed away. I was tired of getting the bill and mail so I called them to notify them of his passing. He used their services for years and always paid them. Not only did they never once say I’m sorry for your loss but kept asking questions about their money! That should tell you all you need to know. It was even enough money to hassle a grieving family over! Petty penny pinchers

Called to ask for a second opinion on carcinoma in my horses mouth prior to euthanization and the woman working the phone was very rude. She continued to ask for my credit card, showed zero sympathy and then told me the vet was on their way to euthanize when that’s not what I asked. I’m not sure if the vet is a good vet but the woman working the phone/front desk should be fired and is not contributing to clientele.

I am so grateful for the staff at Hagyard! My gelding needed a stifle screw. Surgery went well and he is recovering at home now. Everyone I came in contact with was so kind to us. From the office, to pharmacy, to the staff in the barns taking care of the horses- everyone greeted us with smiles and kind words. My horse was treated like royalty and I was very comfortable leaving him there for a couple nights. Thank you, Hagyard!

Had an amazing experience at Hagyard today. They were wonderful!!!!!! We have an amazing trail horse, but she wasn't nearly as well bred as the horses standing in the barn with her. We were on a budget and they not only found ways to help us get the answers we needed, but treated is like people, encouraging our questions. I can't say enough about how good they were to us, our horse, and the little girl who loves her.
