Medicine is a guessing game for the most part, even with results, but Dr. Ward was direct with me — and when you're sitting in an oncologist's office with your best friend, that's what you need. No sugar coating. She and her staff are true professionals in the hardest kind of work — caring for patients who can't tell you what they feel when the writing's on the wall. They focus on quality of life, not quantity. I appreciated that more than I can say.

Dr long was very knowledgeable and supportive when we got bad news about Luna. Her staff was right there with her and they included me in her treatment plan every aspect of how to make her comfortable in this time. I don't wish this situation on anyone else but if so, you can feel the love and support from the team. I feel like I have given Luna the best chance to be comfortable and have bought extra time with her because of Gulf Coast Veterinary Services and also my amazing regular veterinarian Dr Berkowitz at Jacaranda Veterinary Associates

The entire staff was very professional welcoming and very compassionate. Everything was explained well and we felt our concerns were heard. Overall excellent experience and we felt they really cared about our cat.

Dr Ward and her staff are compassionate and practical. They are taking excellent care of our senior cat, Oslo. We appreciate and thank them for their genuine concern for dear Oslo.

Dr Ward and her lovely staff took care of my Kali.
