We brought our dog, Tiny, in for evaluation of pulmonary edema and an echocardiogram, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Facing a possible cardiac issue is incredibly stressful, but Dr. Goodwin immediately put us at ease. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain Tiny's condition, the purpose of the echocardiogram, and what everything meant. My issue was handled super fast and with a lot of care and kindness for my pet. I was a nervous disaster and everyone's calm comportment helped me think everything was going to be ok. Staff was informative and thorough 8pm; pet swallowed sock I called and registered over phone 8:30pm was there and pet was taken right away 9pm: sock was thrown up and I was walking out of there relieved and pet in good health! This place treated my dog quickly and without unnecessary tests or treatments. My dog suddenly lost almost all movement in her back legs and I was extremely concerned for something wrong with her spine. Reading about the breed I have, bulging discs are common and can become a surgical emergency.
