I found them through a friend's recommendation so I hadn't see these reviews, which eloquently echo our experience. Our regular vet is great, but this was the experience we needed, and I am eternally grateful that they were available considering that we live on the other side of the county, 40 minutes from her office. Our gentle lab disliked car rides and vet offices and it would've been agonizing for us to make those her final moments. Dr Walling gave our beloved elderly cat the gift of a gentle passing. She was kind, fully present and professional and made a very heart breaking goodbye so much easier for us. As much as we miss our feline companion of many years, we are incredibly grateful that he is free of suffering now. I cannot recommend Comforting Care Vet highly enough.

During one of the most heartbreaking moments for our family—the passing of our beloved dog Beans—we were fortunate to be in the care of Dr. Lisa Walling and her office manager Jessica. Their professionalism, empathy, and grace made an unbearable experience feel gently supported and deeply respected. From the moment we first contacted to arrange at home euthanasia to the day of, Dr. Walling and Jessica treated Beans and our family with the utmost courtesy and kindness. They were patient, never rushed us, and allowed us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They explained the process thoroughly so we understood what would take place and always has their clients best interests so they are confortable. Lisa Walling was a godsend for us. Our 19 year old Cat Masie was ill. She was crying, had lost weight, and had lost her vision and hearing all relatively quickly. Lisa came to our house and euthanised Masie quickly and without pain. I was happy that my son who had grown up with Masie was able to be there. Lisa also followed up with us on Masie's transition anniversary for two years. I could not recommend her more highly. Thank you Lisa, for helping us through that difficult time.

Dr. Lisa was amazing..whoever this person is leaving a 1 star review..honestly, I pity them. Dr Walling is kind and compassionate, all this extraneous bs about "stuff", its all so trivial. The most important thing is that your cat crossed over painlessly, with dignity. She was recommended by someone close to me, and I will be forever grateful for such a peaceful experience...she is an earth angel
