Guadalupe County Humane Society

Absolutely love this place I enjoy being there so much I am currently setting up the volunteer program to get more help the staff. There are passionate people they know their animals as if they are their personals. My husband and I fostered 5 dogs from them I work with their unwanted behavior and basic training and manners 4 out of the 5 dogs have been adopted and recently I adopted my pug from them. Wonderful staff the whole facility is very organized but with few staff and volunteers it can be chaotic but they get the job done. More merchandise is coming soon along with shirts for volunteers stay tuned come in for a visit

This place is awesome because of the staff. The staff care for the animals with great compassion and the clinic is always clean and they make the animals feel at home. I've fostered a few animals from the clinic and they made the experience very easy. The animals are all so cute. This place goes above and beyond any other animal service center in the area in my experience.

So my grandmother and mother are new to Seguin and in a new home. Growing up my family have always been animal lovers but dogs have special place in our hearts. Its been a long time and we decided to rescue . A few weeks ago I made a suprise stop while out with my grandmother and of course we fell in love with all of the animals but one (Rex) really connected with my grandmother. I came home to Houston and made a surprise visit to my family 2 days ago. We were driving by and curious to see if Rex was still there. He was. So we decided to take him home to foster for a few days to see if he would like to join the family. Very helpful personnel asked what we needed and was able to assist us. Although not able to accept the kitten, she provided much help.
