Groomingdale's Pet Salon and Spa

Groomingdales is wonderful. They have taken very good care of my blind pekenese. She usually gets a bath and a shave. They have been very kind and considerate.

We’ve been taking our pup to Groomingdale’s since his first grooming. (6 years) We have always been pleased. Our dog is very friendly. He goes in and out happily and without a problem. Two days prior to Christmas he was groomed. My husband asked for his ears to be shortened a little. This was not the first time we’ve made this request. When we came to pick him up, which was at least 25 minutes earlier than usual and surprising to us, my first response was his ears are too short! I was told by the owner that my husband said we wanted short ears! I replied shorter, just like you done before, not short! This is a great find in.a convenient Lewes location. Besides a great name, they have great service to match. After 2:30 pm they do walk-in dog and cat nail trim appointments which is great for forgetful people like me! Our dog Edith's nails were crazy long and they did a great job and Edith seemed unfazed by it all. Thank you!

Tried to take our dog to Groomingdales today for a pet wash but they were closed. Called the number and they said they were closed for renovations. Why would this message not appear on their facebook page or website. It was a trip that was made needlessly. Not happy at all

I asked them to cut my pup’s hair very short to 1/4” length. That’s not what we got at all. You could barely tell she had been groomed at all Also her anus was scalped to bare skin. The desk staff was rude as well.
