Grooming Shop, The

She did a fantastic job on my older labradoodle! This was our first time, we are new to the area. My dog was very calm when we picked her up. A great experience! Our appointment started and finished on time.

We have been clients for well over 10 years. I called yesterday morning to have our one-year-old golden retriever’s nails trimmed and paws shaped. I was told that I could come anytime before 3pm. I loaded up my dog and three young children and arrived at the shop around 1:30pm. When I walked in the woman that I spoke to over the phone was sitting at the desk and talking to another client. She asked if I was here for nails and I said yes. She told me “Oh, I cannot see you today that I am too busy and booked up. You will have to come back tomorrow.” Why would you tell me to come in, then?! I’m very busy too so getting my kids and dog in the car just to arrive and be turned away was a huge inconvenience. If you were so aware about how booked you are, why tell me to come in? Again, we have bee

Our family has been coming here for years. We have 4 dogs (two of which are extremely fussy) who are always well groomed and have never had a bad experience. The girls there always remember little things about each dog and are very careful with whatever condition or behavior they may have.

Absolutely The best service everyone. They are so nice and understanding. They do an absolutely great job. Cutting my dog's nails , baths , honestly with everything . I would recommend them a 1000% over anyone else . Even my vet I have always had the best experience there & my dog gets excited when we pull up to the shop .
