Essential Dog Training in Lacey is absolutely amazing! My dog, Tucker, was afraid of the world—every noise, every new person, and every new experience made him nervous. But thanks to Tasha’s incredible patience, expertise, and kindness, he has completely transformed! She worked wonders with him, building his confidence step by step, and now he is a much happier, braver dog. Tasha has such a natural way with dogs, and Tucker absolutely loves her. It’s been incredible to watch his progress, and I can’t thank her enough for the time and effort she put into helping him. Tasha and her daughter Riah are amazing. Patient, knowledgeable and dependable. Lady adores them and totally ignores us when we drop her off. She has graduated now but we take her back every once in a while for boarding or reinforcement. She is constantly getting praised for how well behaved she is. In April 2022, we rescued a Momma and her puppy. For the first year, we tried to train them ourselves but, as our puppy, Buddy, grew, we realized we were in over our heads. I introduced myself to Tasha at an event when I noticed her Essential Training sweatshirt. She was so gracious and easy to talk to. We quickly set up a meet and greet with the pups. We brought our dog Bedford in for training with Tasha and cannot say enough great things about this experience. Not really knowing what to expect from our first session the information about our dog’s breed and dogs in general that was provided through this experience is invaluable .
