Horrible experience !!! I went for my first time there . Customer service 0%!!!!!!!! FREDY SCREAMED AT ME!!! HORRIBLE!!! I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHAT I WANTED FOR THE HAIRCUT FOR MY DOG!! AND HE SIAD THAT I WAS GIVING HIM ALOT OF RESTRICTIONS FOR HIM AND HE TOLD ME TO LEAVE HIS STORE IN A RUDE , HORRIBLE TONE. . TELLING TO LEAVE TO ANOTHER PLACE THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO TELL HIM WHAT TO DO. I WAS NOT . I WAS JUST TELLING HIM WHAT I WANTED FOR HAIRCUT ETC.. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

My Chino loved going to see Freddy and Ugo! They always did such a good job with him. If it weren’t for moving to Jacksonville, Chino would still be going.

Love love love this place! I’ve been taking my dog here ever since I’ve moved to Florida 5 years ago. They never disappoint! They two gentlemen that work there are very sweet and handle my dog with care and comfort!

I’ve been using these two amazing groomer For 27 years. Never disappointed they treat my babies like family. Also so informative about my babies, pugs and now my dashund. Love you guys
