Always do a great great job cutting Lola's coat down, 3or4 times a year. Here's pictures on way there & back. Before & After... She's around 7yrs old, &really a great dog. Very smart....

I love this place!! I have a large breed dog (cane corso) who can be high energy and Groomin and Roomin has taken him several times with no hesitation. The staff is amazing it feels like home! Highly recommend and will continue to use!!!

I have a very grumpy and particular feline named Leo - He acts just like he is "Leo the Lion"! He was not pleased to be going somewhere other than home that he would not get out of the carrier for anything - even food! That's a rarity. The staff was so nice and patient. They dealt with his grumpy disposition and let him do as he pleased. I felt at ease leaving Leo with GNR and will do it again when the need arises. Leo even seemed to come back home a little nicer! Unbelievable, but true! I could not be happier.

I am so sad to leave this review. I take them seriously and at first this business seemed wonderful - they took my pup when I was hospitalized. I was told she was fine - even though she has anxiety I was told she was fine! She was so happy to see me I didn’t see she was injured immediately. When I got her calm I saw there was an injury to her nose. My family called 4 times for explanations and they avoided me and never responded to my calls and voicemails. If they had at least told me something happened or called me back that would be something but now I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I highly recommend not bringing your pets to this business.

Our dogs have been going there since they opened!! The grooming is Fantastic!!! The boarding is Fantastic (boarded our dogs and cats)! And the doggie day care is Fantastic!!!! They are just awesome :)
