Ms.Dana was an excellent & sweet groomer! After grooming my 1 y/o Yorkie & 3 mo shih tzu she left them cute as a button! I booked a full groom & they smelled nice & felt soft. I wasn’t sure what cut to get for my Shih Tzu so she worked her magic & I fell in love with the results! She gave my Yorkie 2 bows & my handsome boy a bandana!

I’m very disappointed with my toy poodle’s haircut. While some areas were done well, other spots were cut far too close — under her neck, around her tail, toes, and especially her backside — to the point that you can see her skin. The groomer, Manny is new to the shop but not new to grooming and came highly recommended, which makes this even more frustrating. The cut did not meet my expectations, and my dog was licking her paw for four days after the visit. Unfortunately, this experience did no meet my expectations and I won’t be returning. Bianca groomed my two boys. She called me before the appointment to let me know she was there and I could drop them off early. My oldest dog who is usually slow to warm up to people; was comfortable with her. She did a great job. They were so handsome.

This is the second time I brought my dog to the Kabel Drive location. The first time, my dog was matted from my previous groomer ghosting me. Every groomer I called was booked weeks out. Ms. Dana squeezed me in the first day I called and did a great job shaving my pup. This time Jada serviced my dog. She was nice, professional and did a great job grooming my dog. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you for quality service.

I recently completed my 1 on 1 grooming training with Adrian and it was an amazing experience! He was so patient with me, and made sure to thoroughly explain everything in a way that I would understand. I’m so excited to start my grooming journey! 10/10 experience
