Groom Room

I absolutely LOVE the staff at Groom Room. We have taken our babes to a few different places and hit the jackpot with Nikki and her daughter! I have a St. Bernard and Cocker Spaniel and they are absolutely wonderful with both of them. My boys always look so gorgeous and clean at pick-up. They schedule the dogs appropriately and never rush the process. They give amazing feedback and I take their recommendations every single time. Their membership plan is very fair and a wonderful perk for us since our CS, Charlie, needs constant maintenance. They love my Saint, Milo, and do an amazing job. Great care to my dogs and me! The owner suggested I sit with my dogs before I left to help calm them down. They took care in making sure my dogs looked their best before pick up. Best grooming experience I’ve ever had. Will be a returning customer!

We absolutely LOVE Groom Room! We have tried several groomers and none have been able to artfully design the perfect cut and style for our imperial shih tzus! It’s close to home in Oakwood and our dogs actually enjoy spending time at the groomer. They get excited at dropoff and always leave smelling great with a festive bandana. We couldn’t be happier! I am so happy I have the caring staff of Groom Room. They are so attentive to my girl and I know I can trust them with her care. They do an amazing job on her groom each time. I love that they take their time with her and don’t rush through the groom. I adopted a dog without knowing the work it would take to keep her coat looking good. They took the time to show me everything I needed to keep up with her coat between appointments. They have a lifelong customer with me because my dog is my family and having a place that takes such good care of her has been amazing.

I have gone to multiple Groomers now in the area and the Groom Room is the place I return to for my dog! Ms. Nikki is very well versed in dog behavior; this has been the only groomer my dog will happily walk up to and not shy away. She takes her time making sure the dogs build trust in her and feel comfortable. She knows her cut styles and her tools; I've never been disappointed with the way my dog looks when he's done. I have a Pomsky with multiple coats, and whether I want him kept long or ask for a "Summer cut" - I know they he's in good hands and will have him looking the exact way I want!
