Greene County Animal Control

I called animal control cause i believe someone dropped a small dog off in my make shift kennel i have for my dogs. They said they might not make it because they cant work overtime. Are you for real. You had an hour and i did not ljve that far away. So now i have to make durd this dog stays warm because i love animals. You guys are pathetic and should be ashamed of yourselves. The animals should be your priority not worrying about you have a little overtime

I went to the shelter and I was greeted by a very nice employee! He was busy cleaning and possibly watering and feeding the animals but he was very courteous and immediately came towards me to offer his help. He took me inside to see if my lost dog was there. He also informed me of their online app to check throughout the day for a picture of my dog as they post them immediately as they receive them. I thought he was very friendly, professional and helpful.

I will miss you Delilah more than you will ever know! I love you girl!😪 You will make a wonderful pet for a lady or man that has no other female dogs! Such a bright smart & loving dog with people just not other female dogs! I wish you nothing but happiness with your new family!🥲❤️

I live in the city. I Called animal control over some cats that were in poor health one was foaming at mouth and all were obviously sick was told I had to catch them in order for them to come pick them up. As far as I can tell all they do is pick up people's pets. Some dogs running wild attacked our pet and they don't come out for that either. It's taxpayers money that fund but yet they don't serve taxpayers guess it's a waste of taxpayers money probably just filling someone's wallet or purse.

They don't show much interest in getting the dogs adopted. They don't take the time to test the dogs with cats and other dogs. They make no effort in promoting these animals or sharing any information about them .
