Dr Bolten absolutely saved my baby boy when there was NO HOPE! PLAY HELP ME SAVE HIM LAST MINUTE WITH NO OTHER ALTERNATIVES, REALLY GOOD STUFF THAT THEY'RE NOT EVEN EQUIPPED TO DO. No we are not in the clear, but she like I, refuses to give up on him! I can't say enough good things about this place the whole staff has been amazing one of them even offering up her dog for a blood transfusion. All of them so very kind and caring, attentive and understanding and I could have never asked for a better blessing in such an awful time. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are open.

I’ve brought two different dogs to this clinic on two separate occasions, and both experiences were outstanding. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely kind, patient, and professional. They didn’t just do what was expected — they went out of their way to do extra, complimentary things simply because they cared, and that really stood out to me. I’ve been to a few veterinary clinics in this same town, and without question, this one has surpassed all of them in terms of compassion, communication, and overall quality of care. While the cost was a bit higher than some others, but it was absolutely worth it for the level of attention and treatment my dogs received. I felt confident, respected, and reassured the entire time. I’ve taken all three of my dogs here. They are always very helpful and give me the best advice. Their prices are fair and staff is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My one dog was very sick and they got her back to Normal I thought I was going to lose her thank God for this facility and loving staff.

Dr. Harris is wonderful!! Very thorough and caring doctor. All techs have been amazing as well. If you’re considering this office for whatever reason, take the leap. They have been so accommodating with scheduling emergency and last minute appointments. Always welcoming, great communication, beautiful and clean facility, and fair prices for services rendered. I recommend East Tennessee Vet to anyone looking for a new vet, additional care, or second opinions.

We have many rescue and foster animals along with our own animals. The vets at East Tennessee have been amazing for our animals. In office visits along with farm calls we couldn’t ask for more. Very caring and go over and beyond to help our animals.
