Have brought all animals here since they opened. Then i go to bring a cat back and they stated we have no history of you or any pet! I asked to check a few times and they were rude and stated we do not have you here at all. Not sure if they changed computer systems or not but being rude like that is no way to treat anyone. Go to the place down the road in Switzerland. Much more receptive staff and a system that works. No need to put up with people with attitudes. This happened Months back but i have been busy.
We have been bringing our dogs here since 2001. The staff are always very friendly and compassionate, especially when we have had to put a dog to sleep or had a dog pass away at home. Would highly recommend!
Beautiful caring staff! We lost our senior doggie Otis a week ago today and everyone here took the time to talk with us and walk us through every moment. His nose print and paw print were sent to us today with a sincere card that looked like the whole staff signed, and that brought tears to my eyes. They are truly a blessing to us and to our pets, thank you Greenbriar. Your kindness helps us heal from this big loss.

What an amazing and caring staff.. WOW! Our senior fur baby, Molly had to be sent over the rainbow bridge today. Our regular vet had an emergency and was out today, it’s a small practice and he’s the only doctor there. We have never been to Greenbriar Animal Hospital before, and we happened to walk in here in the darkest moment of being a pet pawrent. Upon explaining the difficulties we were facing They ever so kindly made room for us, and had us come in, despite the fact that they were so busy. From the moment we walked in They ALL treated us with such kindness and made this incredibly painful experience so much more bearable than I ever thought possible. Our hearts are full of gratitude and we will definitely be back with our other fur babies for visits. Thank you Dr Oglesby and staff fo
