Green Valley Pets

I've taken my dogs here for years, stopped for awhile, and returned recently to a better kennel with improved customer service. I don't need fancy packages with a blueberry facial or feel guilted by not upgrading to a tuck-in. My cattledog needs small dogs to play with, safety and comfort..not a luxury hotel. Prices are reasonable and staff is especially friendly and accommodating. Fast response to emails. The bath at the end of a playful, dirty stay is so worth it. I'll keep returning here!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Green Valley Pets. Our dog is a rescue and very shy around people and other dogs and I felt like he was in good hands. Communication was very easy with the staff over phone and email. Everyone we interacted with was very sweet. I highly recommend attaching a bath/grooming session to the end of your dog’s visit. It was lovely to pick him up all fresh and clean! Plus they put an adorable little tie on him after his bath.

Best doggy daycare ever. My boy loves it here. He basically thinks he's at doog Disneyland every he goes.

Marlene is the worse groomer ever. We have been taking our puppy to them for past year and I keep getting disappointed every time. We keep giving her specific instructions on how we want our baby groomed and every time she cuts her hair too short. Her excuse is that she had too many knots. That is BS as I brush her regularly and specifically before we take her for her grooming. She has zero knots but she keeps cutting her hair way too short. This time I left instructions and told them to make sure not to do the same thing again and Marlene cut her hair short again. I am beyond pissed. I wish I can give her Zero stars. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED.

We had boarded with them before, booked a stay for my two dogs while we planned to be gone for over a week. We did this almost three months in advance. We found out they canceled on us, AFTER I tried calling to confirm a detail over and over for a week and couldn’t get them to answer or respond. I finally got a hold of a groomer who told me they were shut down for some unknown reason. I got this information ONLY 10 days before our trip. I had to scramble to get family to watch my dogs. They didn’t seem to care at all. They were more upset about their own “loss of work”. I would never use this place again, do not board your dogs here. They have no concern for their customers and did not even have the decency to call me to tell me what was going on. I still have no idea why they are not ope
