Great veterinary clinic with a very professional and caring team. I especially want to mention the new doctor, Dr. Ozmen — he was excellent. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my pet was comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals and their well-being. The overall experience was calm and positive. Highly recommend this clinic, was very happy with everything!

I can’t even put into words how appreciative I am of Dr. O!!! Our pug puppy Ollie was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor and Dr. O went above and beyond for him. He is very knowledgable and communicated things clearly during a stressful time. He performed the surgery to have Ollie’s tumor removed. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cares about his patients. There was a small miscommunication with a neighbor who was also having her dogs treated. She mistakenly told him that Ollie’s tumor had returned. Dr. Ozmen called us right away to check on Ollie and make sure everything was okay. We have seen many veterinarians before but Dr. O is truly a gem! He will be our vet for as long as he is practicing! Thank you so much for taking amazing care of Ollie!!

Green Pines Animal Hospital has been absolutely wonderful with my Jack Russell, who can definitely be a bit of a terrorist at times. The staff is patient, caring, and clearly experienced, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. The hospitality is great, appointments are efficient, and I’m always in and out without feeling rushed. They also answer the phone right away, which is something I really appreciate. Most importantly, my dog actually wags his tail when he sees the clinic, and that says everything about how well he’s treated here.

I’ve been coming to this veterinary practice for many years, when it was Faithful Companion, so I’ll admit I was a little unsure about the change in ownership. After meeting the new owner, Dr. Ozmen, and visiting Green Pines Animal Hospital, I can honestly say I’m extremely impressed and will continue bringing my dog to this practice. Dr. Ozmen was wonderful with my dog. He treated her with genuine love, patience, and respect, and he took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns. The visit never felt rushed. What stood out most was that he didn’t just focus on the reason I brought her in. He took the time to look her over thoroughly, which showed a very high level of care and attention. Everything was explained clearly, including medication instructions, and I left feeling confident
