After a stressful experience elsewhere, I’m incredibly grateful I found Green Dog Dental. I took my dog in for a dental cleaning at another clinic, where they discovered a foreign body and removed it. They recommended extracting a tooth due to a small hole in his gums, but no X-rays were taken. I didn’t feel comfortable agreeing to an extraction without imaging or a clear explanation of why removing the tooth would help the hole heal. When I asked about suturing the gum instead, I was told I needed to seek a dental specialist. From the start, communication was smooth. My French Bulldog had his dental cleaning and tooth extractions this week and the procedure went great! With a brachycephalic breed, you can imagine I was anxious. Hearing my dog needed 10 teeth pulled was hard to hear, but both doctors went over in depth why the teeth needed to go via the X-rays. Showing visuals and explaining everything simply made it easier for me to authorize the removal. The office staff was incredibly kind. Thank you Aislinn, Dr. Alzate, & Dr. Scott. They all put my mind at ease and took great care of Archie. Bonus: I was able to pick up Archie early post surgery & pay with Scratchpay! Interest free for 6 months.

I was able to book an appointment easily; however, confirming my appointment was extremely frustrating. I never received a confirmation email and attempted multiple times to call to confirm the appointment time. I called the day of and was placed on hold for 47 minutes with a recording stating that call volume was too high, to wait, yet no one ever answered. I arrived approximately eight minutes after my scheduled appointment and was politely informed that I was late, though they did allow me to check in. I explained that I had been trying to call to confirm my appointment time and had been placed on hold for an extended period.
