Grapevine Animal Services

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went for puppy yoga and really enjoyed ourselves. The kennels were very clean and we were not over powered by orders like other animal service buildings.

Wow, I am impressed with this facility!! The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the sweet dogs. I visited this shelter a few days before Christmas and, although I didn't end up adopting from here, they deserve major props for the way this place is run. So happy my first visit to a shelter was here because compared to the other three shelters I visited, it is basically a hotel. The spaces for the dogs aren't really kennels, but essentially small rooms. They have several areas for the dogs to go out and play together during the day. The areas to meet the dogs are little glass walled rooms indoors with toy baskets and treats and everything is sanitized before and after use. This shelter is amazing!! One of the nicest, clean and welcoming animal shelter Ive been to. Everyone is nice. They make sure you are good to go with your new pet. Provide first time food, toys, pet carrier, collar and engrave tag and the process is easy.

We have adopted 2 cats now from grapevine animal services and every time it’s just been a great experience. Me, my wife, mystery and Mirabelle highly recommend grapevine animal services.

Great things from this place. Me and my wife and daughter came in just browsing to get a mind set of what dog we would want, but low and behold we found a lovely dog named lizzy who’s wonderful with our daughter and is loved and cared for as much as she gives us cuddles.Lizzy is adjusting to her new home wonderfully and taking a liking to the environment. The staff was amazing on information about the animals in their care and knowing how they act around people and certain environments, gave us all the info we needed and sent us home with a bag of goodies as well to take care of our new addition to the family.
