I've been attending James' training walks and daycare sessions for quite some time now, and it's always a great experience. The walks are fun, informative, and have really helped deepen my understanding of my dog. James has a relaxed, no-gimmicks training style that truly works. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to build a better relationship with their dog.

I can’t say enough on what a truly rewarding experience it has been to work with James. We had lots of issues with our new rescue, everything from potty training to assimilating into our family of older dogs and people. James has kind and compassionate training strategies that has allowed us to be confident in working with our Finley to help him to achieve becoming a happy, and well-behaved dog. I have appreciated all the communication we have had during sessions, phone calls and texts, to answer all my questions and concerns as they have arisen. His daycare has worked wonders for Finley’s pack manners and he gets so excited to see James during our sessions or when he dropped off at daycare.James shows that he cares and we know we have a coach and friend for life!

My dog is highly reactive and in one session with Grandpaw James we were able to walk by people, dogs, cars, music you name it with no reaction. He does an incredible job of explaining and teaching so that you are prepared to go home and continue the training. I’d recommend him to all!

I came to him with a knowledge previously learned with a trainer for our Service Dog. We found a very high active puppy that became a rescue dog for our family. She wasn't listening or redirectable on a leash. He was able to get me to relax and change my reactions to her. I established the authority I needed to get control because of him. I only had one session but it made a huge difference. This gave me the ability to go home and have the confidence to work with her on leash training.

We just started working with James. I find him to be very professional, knowledgeable and his prices are very good. He worked with us to get my dog and my new husband's dog to get along.
