Great Vet! First vet who could trim my sensitive bulldog, Thor's toenails!! The office staff are friendly, super sweet, helpful, getting me in as soon as they can. I moved nearby and am so glad to find them. Sue at the front desk is great.

Dr Flood and her whole team are so caring and take such wonderful care of my two elderly dogs! I was afraid I was going to have to put my 15 year old weimaraner down as his arthritis had gotten so bad, but thank goodness Dr Flood has him on a regime that is keeping him comfortable and active!! Nice to have a group that cares so much about my dogs!!

Went here for years with my dog when I moved to NC because they at the time accepted the spay certificate I had. My dog didn't have health issues until this last spring when they told me she had a heart murmur. When I asked for more info, they said "don't worry about it" 😐 We have another pup we rescued who ended up having terrible anxiety and destroyed many things and broke his teeth off one day during a thunderstorm while we were away. Asked the vets for any kind of anti-anxiety or trazadone to give during storms. They refused. They told us to spend $1k+ on an indestructible crate. After this it was whatever, but on the minimal occasions when we need to board our dogs, we would need updated records. Went with my daughter last week to take her puppy for the first time and the staff were very pleasant 😊 The location was nice especially if you have to take your dog to the bathroom. The facility was also clean and they offered a cute little stand filled with different treats for your dog if they were good for there appointment (reasonably priced). Overall, my whole experience was very pleasant.

I took my cat here for a physical and nail trim. I spoke with the receptionist to not forget the nail trim and saw her mark it off on the paperwork. This was not completed and they said because it was not on the paperwork. Heard the worst meows in the back from my cat. When I got home my cat had urinated all over his crate and himself (he's never done this in his 9 years of life). They kept saying he was just stressed. Now my cat has fleas from this place and they are in my house. I have never had this bad of an experience with any other vet. Will not go back. Also, I never said I would bring my cat back in 2 weeks for a nail trim. That makes no sense when he desperately needed it at that time.
