We have received great care for our dog here - mostly preventative care, but also when she was sick. Very much appreciated the vet taking the time to explain everything to us and responding quickly when we had follow-up questions after the visit.

No new clients AND now lying about it. I literally called earlier today attempting to make an appointment for an adult cat I just adopted. First pet and my first time even trying to schedule a vet appointment. Right away I was asked my name and if I’ve been seen before, said no, and the lady promptly told me no new clients. I did not even get the opportunity to say anything more. It’s a shame that as a business, you are blatantly lying in your response. I got an appointment scheduled at Miller Trunk Veterinary Clinic — I STRONGLY suggest everyone do the same before attempting at this clinic. They actually accept new patients!

My Dog absolutely loves going to the vet!!! She has anxiety in certain situations but not at her Vet appointments. I am so thankful.

I absolutely love Grand Avenue Veterinary Clinic. I originally started out at Superior Animal Hospital, which, while a great clinic, was simply too expensive for me. With two dogs and three cats, affordability without sacrificing quality is essential. When it came time to have my younger dog (a large breed) fixed two years ago, I decided to try Grand Avenue after multiple friends raved about their experiences and fair pricing. It was significantly cheaper than Superior Animal Hospital, and they took really good care of my baby. They literally always do. He had a speedy recovery and no complications, and I am really grateful I chose to go to them. I’ve been coming here ever since, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is incredibly kind and caring, especially the lovely ladies at the front

I brought my Bulldog Slim in for an acupuncture session. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and taught me some acupressure techniques. It doesn't hurt to give Eastern medicine a try, it's better than having pills thrown at you for every aliment.
