Service and staff are amazing. I do feel like appointment wise the enunciation of how long that said procedure is going to take should be told to the person, it just a lil confusing to come in one day to get a procedure that took 20 min and then come another time and told it's gonna be 4 hours. This just drastically impacts how schedules can change. I will also say it's also very interesting to pay 68$ for a plan and come to find out that plan is just for 5% discount and other than vaccinations you'll still be paying out of pocket for even simple issues and it really doesn't cover it as a whole so there's no real point to pay for their care plan.

This is a newer practice that does people and veterinary services right. All members of staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating to my analytical personality. Took care of me and my cat with the upmost respect. I would recommend Livewell to any animal owner in the Denver metro area.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendly staff. Dr. Walden is an exceptional veterinarian who truly cares about the well-being of animals. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations about my pet's health, which I deeply appreciated. His expertise and compassion were evident throughout the entire visit. Called them because I knew it was time for my sweet baby boy Bossy to go to heaven. They had appointments right away. I was blown away with how accommodating they all were with our entire family. The Doctor talked us through everything and even know we were upset with losing him, she made the process bearable. She even shed a tear herself because of the love she felt for our beloved Bossy.
