GoodVets Prosperity Village

My family is a first time pet owner and we have adopted a Yorkie mixed. I didn’t have any idea or experience with how to take care of our adorable puppy and wanted to make sure we provided best care from him. Our dog name is Kaine and when we walked into GoodVets, the introduction was wonderful. They called him by his name and made all of us feel welcomed. The Veterinarian, Dr. C was great as well. She answered all my questions and was very patience with me. All the staff that was working that day provided excellent customer service with a caring and warm environment. This is definitely the best place for my dog, Kaine. 😊

I have found my fur-baby’s new vet care!! The entire staff (Dr. C, Nurse Sara and Allison) were all so kind, gentle and accommodating. I was there for an emergency visit and they all put my mind at ease. I know that Gizmo was in great hands.

There was a dog barking in the lobby and they took me and my cat in to a room right away so she wasnt scared. She needed alot of work done and the estimate they gave me was out of my budget then I saw the doctor and how the assistants treated my girl and you definitly get what you pay for. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. It seems like they actually cared which is hard to find when a doctor just talks to me for five minutes or sometimes they dont even come talk to me at all! After talking with them I could see why they were expensive. They took their time with my usually aggressive cat and answered all my questions. The inside is really nice and the staff are amazing. My Gorda is feeling so much better and she is worth the price.Definitly recommend this place for the

I was out of town recently and my pet sitter let me know my pup was ill. She was throwing up and had become listless. Of course I was hours away and our regular vet was closed. I called Goodvets at Prosperity Village and they were able to work her. After the petsitter had take my sweet girl in, she was able to return home with her and she was so much better. The team at GV were wonderful. They were very communicative, caring and supportive. They even followed up multiple times to check on us. I highly recommend them and look forward to future visits, of a less emergency type!

My dog became increasingly anxious about going to the groomer or even the vet after a difficult experience at a well-known pet retail chain. He wouldn’t let anyone but me touch his paws. The staff here were incredibly patient and gentle, taking the time to help him feel safe and comfortable again. Their kindness made all the difference — I can’t recommend them highly enough.
