From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The office itself is clean, well-organized, and very inviting. Rochelle, the technician, was exceptionally thorough and thoughtful, she went above and beyond to provide detailed, clear answers to all of my questions. Dr. Nikki Goeddke was truly wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly caring. My little Yorkie was unusually calm during the visit, something I have never experienced at a veterinary clinic before, and it was clearly due to her gentle, reassuring presence. Our cat had dental work done recently, and a clump of hair that was stuck to one of the suture lines which was making him very uncomfortable. After trying unsuccessfully to get him in for a timely follow up with his usual vet (just due to limited availability) and growing concern for him, we found this clinic which had weekend appointments available. The experience was so easy and pleasant from the start, from booking online on. The vet tech was kind and immediately transparent on the phone about what to expect. Once we arrived, we liked that the new clinic was spotless and calm. When in the exam room, the vet Dr Nikki and the vet tech Rochelle were a total dynamic duo. Excellent, high-quality care and fairly priced. Had a well-pet visit to "try them out", and had a great experience. All of the staff and Dr. Goeddeke are wonderful, kind and thorough. Followed up with a much needed dental cleaning yesterday and they exceeded my expectations. My pet woke up feeling great this morning and his teeth look amazing! He and I are both very pleased with the care at GoodVets, and this will be our "go to" for veterinary care going forward.

I loved how welcoming the entire staff was from the moment I contacted Scottsdale Good Vets. I am very impressed with how organized Good Vets is with getting my pets established as a new patient. The actual office space is warm and inviting. Everyone is knowledgable and professional. The tech Rochelle was wonderful as was Dr Nikki Goeddke! She showed great compassion, knowledge, and most importantly love in doing Norah’s exam! So very thorough! Also extremely patient in answering my many questions. Wonderful experience. What a great experience with an unhappy pet. The team met me at the door and proceeded to help my dog with a painful ear. They were very thorough with the exam and they explained every step. My dog did not stress as much as usual and she healed quickly after our visit. Thank you for being so kind and knowledgeable!
