GoodVets New Albany

My baby Jose has swollen gums by his canines. I took him to my regular vet but was unimpressed with their dental cleaning “procedures.” I took him to Good Vets and I was very impressed with their care, kindness and accommodations made for my baby. Their dental cleaning procedures are more aligned with the recommendations by the, I forgot what it’s called, Cat Dental Association or something. The Dr. mentioned he might need an extraction and I was shocked. I was immediately put off. The idea had not entered my mind, his teeth seemed fine to me. After I did some research, I understood why it could be necessary. The technician and Doctor were very attentive and answered all my questions, I think they really care about the patients. The New Albany office is very clean and I love the well

Very kind and caring Vet and staff. My dog hurt his leg and they were so gentle. We were well taken care of here.

I could live here. The staff is incredibly nice, and you can tell they really care about what they do. It is super crisp and clean inside, and the waiting room has complimentary refreshments. They have Keurig flavors there that I have never encountered before. I am very happy with my experience here. The amazing staff makes what would be a miserable visit to the vet into a fantastic experience, at least for me. You can tell that they really care and love their job. Buffy and I will absolutely be back, and the others will be coming soon. Thank you all for the awesome job.

my cat is very nervous but they were so nice, caring, and gentle she warmed up to them so sick and let them do what they needed to do no problems.she even scooted closer so they could pet her.like i said she’s very nervous and does not like people but she loved them.

I’ve taken my two 2 year old kitties here for several months and Good Vets has been the best! If you’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly, efficient service , this is the place for you . They take such great care of my fur babies , and they offer an app to keep track of all your pets info, and upcoming appointments. Great place to go if you’re a first time pet owner , they took the stress away .
