She was suppose to come home.. I dropped my dog off here 11/26/25 for a surgery.. I asked them at the initial check up , will waiting make things worse.. they told me no. We went ahead and scheduled my dog for surgery, my baby trusted that I would never hurt her and wherever I was taking her would only be temporary and that she would see me again. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Devastation is a understatement.. things were going okay fresh out of surgery until she licked open one of her incisions (not sure why her cone wasn’t on or why she wasn’t being watched fresh out of surgery) and they stitched her back up and gave her more pain meds making her extremely lethargic. They told me they needed her to stay over night, I refused. They told me no, she needs to stay. At that point I knew

Just moved to the area and got a new puppy, I've called in twice and everyone on the phones were amazing, when I went inside it was beautiful in there and very clean, all of the staff were so friendly and kind, you can tell they all truly care about their patients. Pricing is super fair and they also accept care credit! I've never lived so close to a vet before, so I was really really really hoping this place was going to be amazing, and they exceeded all expectations! So glad this place is here, and so is my dog, little Lasagna!

This place is fantastic! The clinic itself is clean and has good energy. The staff and doctors are kind, polite, caring, and calm. The doctor was thorough in her assessment of my kitties and clearly and competently explained her medical opinion. She also went above and beyond in researching my cat's condition, allowing me to fully trust her assessment and approach. I also appreciate that she called me personally. After a horrible experience at another vet, I am so grateful to have found this place. We will be bringing all of our cats here in the future. Prices are also reasonable. I am a first time cat owner with social anxiety who recently had her first cat abyss and this facility was amazing. Very little wait and extremely attentive and friendly staff. Also the politeness of the vet was extraordinary, I was crying and anxious and she made me feel better instead of a problem like other vets have. I’m telling you this is the place to take your family pets because they will treat you like family.

I want to take a moment and just speak to my experience on April 14th. I called this pet hospital completely frantic as my precious kitty boy, Void, was suddenly dragging his back legs and panting. They told me to come in as soon as I can and I did just that. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted with “Is that Void?” showing pure and genuine concern for my boy. They got me back within a minute. While I could not hold back my emotions from fear of the worst, the vet explained to me what was going on. I chose the humane option because my baby was so uncomfortable and in pain. Knowing I had to let him go, broke me down.
