Dog Oasis

I took my dogs in for their haircut on Saturday, February 7th, at 9:10. I had to call twice to ask why it was taking so long, which was very unusual. At 12:43, I called to see if everything was okay. She said Kodak was a little matted around his bottom, but she would call me when she was finished. By 3:00, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called back, and she said she was finishing him up. I went to pick them up, and upon initial inspection, everything looked good. The groomer, Christina, said that she and another groomer had to hold him still. She also said he was probably feeding off her energy because she was having a rough day because of her child. Once I arrived home, I noticed his eye was irritated from a cut. Both dogs seemed to be stressed from their hair cut which was unusual.

THEY CUT MY DOG!!! I’ve never left a bad review, but I feel this is important to warn others, My boyfriend picked up and nobody said anything about his ear being cut. I called the salon and the guy said he had to go talk to the groomer Cristina and would call me back. Never did, we took him to our vet and they confirmed it was in fact a blade cut, but they also found another blade cut on his paw we were unaware of and looked as if they tried to cover that one up. I don’t recommend this place unless you’re wanting to put out nearly 500 dollars between groom and vet bill.

They are, hands down, the most knowledgeable, kind, and skilled groomers we've ever had. They truly take the time to evaluate your dog properly and patiently answer every question. They helped me learn that my Collie (double-coat, long hair) had shave coat, which explained why her fur had become extremely wiry and nearly impossible to detangle. Not only did they explain what was happening, but they also educated me on how to care for her coat properly at home. After their hard work and deep conditioning, her hair is actually soft and brushable again -- something I genuinely didn't think was possible. Here's the wild part: when we first got our puppy years ago, she was shaved by our first groomer. We found a new groomer to work on her after that and fell in love, but they ended up closing

I am so happy I found this place. My dog can be very nervous but they make sure she gets all the lovins until she is comfortable enough to play. Im very grateful that I can leave my girl there foe daycare and know she is getting the best care and having the best time. Thank you all !

The groomers at this facility are fantastic the best grooms since my mother has been doing business here. The facility manager Susanne is a nightmare to do business with and only seems to get more aggressive with each encounter lately. We’ll be doing business elseware and hopefully the owners will get a new facilty manager cause we do love the grooms from the groomers.
