Very efficient and compassionate office, always returns my calls, goes nbeyond the call of duty for my pets and myself. Explains tests needed thoroughly, never any pressure, can really feel this office loves animals as if they were their own. The doctors are pristine in knowledge and extremely caring, I feel very well cared for at Good Samaritan and been going there for many years. New doctors come and are equally excellent in quality! Look no more for your pet to be well taken care of! Thank you to the team!

They missed a ringworm diagnosis for my cats and then couldn't see us for over a month when their condition did not improve. $1,000 in vet bills from urgent care visits later, and after several unreturned phone calls begging for a medication change, Good Samaritan corrects the medication for my cats (first urgent care nearly killed one of my cats by prescribing a medication that causes serious blood disorders in cats). Medication requires check ins every 3 weeks to test whether ringworm is gone. Their first appointment is more than 6 weeks out with zero flexibility. Why prescribe medication that requires check ins on a certain schedule if you can't see my pets on that schedule? They used to be wonderful but I am very disappointed in the service levels now.

Our first dog and Good Samaritan made the experience easy . The staff was very helpful when setting up our appointment and our visit was on time, clean great space. Vet was super helpful sharing everything we should know and be aware of as new doggy parents. Would highly recommend them!

I love Dr Eckloff at Good Samaritan Veterinary Hospital! Veterinary Care is the most important aspect of my visits, however the customer service is significantly affected by their recent covid protocol changes. It is extremely chaotic and frustrating when arriving with multiple pets. Their phone system does not accommodate the number of callers they have scheduled appointments for, so you have to just keep hanging up and calling back in order to get through . Sometimes it takes 15 minutes of hanging up and calling back over and over again to get through on the phone. If I were not aware how good these vets are, I would not be waiting this out. Good Samaritan offers a warm and friendly environment. Everyone is so helpful and genuinely cares about you and you fur baby. They are also reasonably priced and don't seem to push unnecessary testing as I've experienced with other veterinary facilities. Our scheduled appointments have always been on time. We feel very comfortable and safe knowing Casper is in good hands.
