Good Neighbor Vet

Techs were great. They don’t let you go in with your dog. Vet not very personable. All discussions and explanations done by the techs. Techs were nice and seemed knowledgeable. Good price. Not a long wait.

We got there early the first time…. Then, ~We were very, VERY happy when they finally DID show up! They were late and told us to get there early but not a single soul was there when we arrived..: We thought for a second maybe we had the wrong day? We wanted to get there early and not miss out as it is first come first serve?? Although, first, we had a dilemma ~ My husband needed to desperately find a restroom- unfortunately, not one was open anywhere and we use to live 3 minutes from there!! Ok …so it seemed no toilet, we may be lost or missing a fact here but we knew we got our info right… so? Next, We had drove everywhere and finally found one toilet he could use. lol Do to pandemic can’t catch a break anymore… usually….but we finally went back and there was the Mobile Van! By this

The worst customer service ever. The vet was great . The people checking us in on 02-13 and 03-03 should be fired or take a cousre in customer service . We will not return .

I did not go to the Good neighbor vet You should get your stuff right just because maybe I was near a place doesn't mean I've been there and did not go inside Google maps

This is basically a vaccination and preventative type veterinary care; pretty much like going to a store for over the counter meds. Can't really make an appointment for a sick furry family memeber
