Good Dog Hotel & Spa

I should have posted this years ago. what started as a $75 grooming turned into a $200 grooming because Good Dog said my dog was matted. I brushed my dog every week. I tried to speak to the manager and had to call several times as promises of call backs never came. Manager said my spouse approved the excessive charge and had a recording and would send it to me. She never sent it. Bottom line I don't trust them and have not been back since.

Our first time at Good Dog today will definitely have us coming back for more! My puppy had his first haircut, we know he can be a lot to handle, but Courtney did amazing work with him, and everyone was so kind towards his behavior. With more than fair pricing, we're looking forward to using the daycare service as well. The entire process was so polite and professional. If you're nervous with your pet for any reason, look no further. Photo of my happy boy on the ride home!

I was in the area by the monon and heard staff yelling very rudely and telling the dogs to “shut up” for barking. They are dogs. I will never take my dog here and I feel so bad that loving owners are taking their dogs here for daycare and have no idea about employees attitude towards dogs. Dogs are smart so this probably makes them anxious and confused. Also, are they even meaner when they are inside and not outside right near a busy monon? I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

This place is chaotic and there is different information each time. They have mixed up my dog with another dog and do not seem to keep paperwork organized. The staff cares, but there is a major lack in professionalism and more importantly transparency. If you are looking for pet boarding, this one is fine and your pet will be cared for but consider somewhere else to save yourself the headache of having to call multiple times to find an answer. Self service grooming is very nice.

My dog Apollo is pretty anxious since he’s an aussie but I’m anxious just because that me and our groomer was so knowledgeable about his breed, it immediately made me feel comfortable! This was my first visit and I do not love trying new groomers but she said apollo warmed up to her by the end and he look SO good! I’ll be back in 6 weeks for sure! Thank you so much!!
